Types of Closet Doors
February 28, 2025There are several types of closet doors, each with its own style and functionality. Here are the most common types:
1. Sliding Closet Doors
Also called bi-pass doors, they slide on a track and don’t require extra space to open.
Common in modern and minimalist designs.
Can be made of wood, glass, mirror, or composite materials.

Mounted on a track above the doorway and slide open to the side.
Popular in rustic and farmhouse-style interiors.
Require wall space beside the closet for sliding clearance.
